Job Description
- Focal Point plays a vital role between the project team and the manager, the incumbent coordinates the projects activities among colleagues.
- Train and support the working mechanism to beneficiaries.
- Conducts different trainings to build the capacity of beneficiaries.
- Supervise the day to day activities of the beneficiaries.
- Attract the ideas and participation of colleagues on design and quality of the products in accordance to the market demand.
- Active participation in the project meetings.
- Figure out the problems and challenges of the beneficiaries, initiative participatory measures to solve those problems.
- Facilitate sound working environment between the beneficiaries and the project management team.
- Distribute the raw materials to the beneficiaries and supervise their activities on daily basis.
- Receive the work plan from the project manager and draft the activities report to the project manager
- Cooperate the outreach and marketing activities of the project, if needed.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Art with 2 years relevant experience.
Baccalaureate with four years relevant experience
