Job Description
- Reporting regularly to the Technical Lead and the team on the progress of the work.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data collection techniques used by teams, and aggregate the data in designing relevant programs, creating concept notes, drafting proposals, and finalizing reports.
- Conduct regular coordination with other Partnering humanitarian organizations including donors, and other relevant bodies involved in emergency response.
- With consultation of the Technical Lead and CEO set clear goals and objectives for Do Good/humanitarian support to Afghanistan.
- Proving ideas and inputs to the Dev Team regarding Do Good UI and UX and the development of the Aseel Institution System to track, issue, and deliver aid to people.
- Representation of Aseel Do Good in National and International Media handles.
- Communication Lead for Do Good Afghanistan including formal and informal channels of communication with governments, press agencies, and social media.
- Work closely with the Media and Marketing team regarding Content, Distribution dates, and others…
- Oversee Daily Deliveries, and acquire the report of completed distributions.
- Providing inputs to Atalan Lead for the improvement of the Atalan Network.
- Oversee the campaign flow and help the Campaign Manager regarding Potential donors and reach outs.
- Distribution Planning and implementation.
- Budget and Logistics Management.
- Staffing and Capacity Building
Job Requirement
- Has earned a bachelor's degree in Economy, Marketing or communications, or other related fields with at least two years of experience in managing different campaigns.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English and local languages.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Strong communication skills with customers and beneficiaries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural and diverse team to function effectively as a member of various group
- Manage multitasks simultaneously, fast learner person, highly creative, driven individual who can work on their own.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced extensive environment.
