Job Description
Job Responsibilities of the Provincial/District Community Mobilizer :
• Collaboration with the program's project officer and field coordinator in developing the monthly and annual work plans in order to achieve the predetermined goals.
• Work with the project field coordinator to plan and implement public awareness campaigns.
• Establishing and strengthening relations with the local Shura, development councils, local people and the citizen charter program according to the working procedure of the program.
• Assistance and coordination in organizing educational training to empower and improve the working capacity of literacy teachers and share its reports.
• Taking an active part in the preparation of documents for instructors, preparation of questions for the open competition exam and the process of hiring lieteracy facilitators.
• Identifying the key people of the districts, Mullah Imams of mosques and influential people in order to plan the kick off meetings and advancement the activities of the program.
• Obtaining information from the survey of literate students, which is newly covered by the program.
• Collecting information from the courses covered recently by the program in a regular and sustainable manner.
• Establishing and strengthening relations with the local Shura, development councils, local people and the citizen charter program according to the working procedure of the program.
• Assistance and coordination in organizing educational training to empower and improve the working capacity of literacy teachers and share its reports.
• Preparing the progress report of the activities (weekly, monthly and quarterly) regularly and send it to the relevant officials.
• Assisting district administrators and literacy managers in implementing tasks related to the development of access, especially for girls, in improving the quality of education.
• Direct monitoring of the literacy courses to address the problems of illiterate students.
• Any other tasks assigned by the project officer.
Job Requirement
Job Requirement:
- University or Teacher Education Institute graduate in a field related to education
- Have at least three years of experience in the fields of coordination, mobilization, and supervision.
- Have at least three years of experience in the fields of coordination, mobilization, and supervision.
- Understand the district's literacy situation. - The district Moblizer must be from the district for which they are applying.
