Job Description
The IRC seeks to hire a reporting assistant for the Education Cannot Wait Project (ECW). The project aims to provide education opportunity to out of school children and to improve the equitable access to safe learning environments for Community-Based Education (CBE).
The reporting will be responsible to enter the baseline assessment data to the online trackers. The reporting assistant, prepare payroll, support MTTs/CMs on the preparation's attendance, training plans and manage project archive, and will report to the Provincial Education Manager and will work closely with each of the ECW project and provincial office staff.
- In close coordination with data collectors, entry the data to the online database.
- Entry the class observation, student observation, teacher observation and class shura observation forms to the online database.
- Provide administrative support to education staff.
- Review the provincial Master Trainers, community Mobilizers, SMC Shura and Teachers’ report and enter update information to online database.
- Support education team in preparing filling system and make sure all the folders are up to date.
- Support education team in printing/ copying forms and training materials.
- Raising PRs/ payment and clearance for program activities
- Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to quickly assess priorities and effectively manage a variety of activities.
- Prepare weekly movement plan for education department.
- Assist in office related activities.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform the logistical arrangements for the education office
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Experience in operating online database.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as in Dari and Pashto languages.
- Excellent computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Online Database)
