Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The legal advisor will be writing, reviewing and Drafting legal documents, Rules and Regulation.
  • Remain updated on current legislation and development in Afghanistan.
  • Provide technical advice and support the national management rules of law.
  • Participating in legal conferences, meetings and seminars.
  • Court Appearance.
  • Provide assistance to the advocate in respect of pending cases.
  • Organize, lead and facilitate legislative development consultation workshops, seminars and discussions with the stake-holders in the sector.
  • Shows a willingness to contribute to the related activities that will lead to the achievement of the projects objectives.
  • Providing advice on legal matters.
  • Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
  • He is responsible for formulating the best possible legal solution after analyzing the legal problem in depth.
  • He should be skilled enough to come out with a desired outcome from the client's point of view.
  • He also advises whether all the proceedings of the organization are in compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
  • He advises the organization so that there is minimum legal exposure and liability.
  • Review contracts of the Team4 RMC with various companies under the laws of Afghanistan.
  • Resolving Commercial, Administrative, and security disputes or problems in the Light of national Laws and Policy of the Team4 RMC.
  • Seeing official governmental and non-governmental organizations letters in relation to Team4 RMC Company and handle projects, after seeing and discussion with CEO and receiving the advice of him about official letters to responding to their respective authorities.
  • Collaboration with HR department for making the contract of employee for handle projects and main office of the Team4 RMC.
  • Any other task may be assigned by line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Job Requirement:

  • 6 years of minimum work experiences with in the field in national or international NGO’s, GOV, UN Organizations and other private companies.
  • Must have the knowledge of human rights, Labour law, Social Law, Constitutions law & Administrative law etc.
  • Understanding of the legal and legislative frameworks necessary to govern education and training quality, certification and accreditation.
  • Prior work experience in an academic capacity/context, such as managing/developing educational and training management system is desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and negotiation abilities with the capability of managing properly counter-part relations e.g. government and donors.
  •  
  • Languages: Full working knowledge of English. Fluent in both local national languages.
