About Afghan Paramount Welfare and Development Org (APWDO): Afghan Paramount Welfare and Development Organization (APWDO) is a national non-governmental not-for-profit organization, established in 2008 by Afghans and registered, in 2010, with Afghanistan Ministry of Economy (MoEc). The core of our organizational philosophy, at APWDO, is to provide humanitarian support, to the vulnerable communities of Afghanistan, based on the principles of UDHR and the socio-cultural values of our country and to provide innovative, socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable human development solutions through research, dialogue, networking, partnerships, and solutions exchange. Job Description
APWDO seeks resumes for a range of positions for its under-signed projects with UN-OCH, UNOPS, UNDP, and other donors working in response to the humanitarian crisis throughout the country, particularly in stated regions (provinces). We are in the phase of kicking off the projects and finalization. You are strongly requested to provide us with your resumes before the deadline as per the directions stated in the submission instruction (section) of this announcement. To sum up the pattern, we need resumes for the below position:
- Provincial Coordinator (Responsible to manage the project throughout his/her province)
- Project Manager (Responsible to Manage the overall project)
- M&E Manager / Officers (Responsible for Monitor & Evaluation APWDO projects at field & office level)
- Finance Manager / Officers {Responsible to process Organization’s (Project’s) overall financial conduct}
- HR & Admin Manager / Officers (Responsible for APWDO’s and Project’s HR & Administrative conducts)
- Technical Report Writer/officers (Responsible for Narrative Communication of projects/content development in the English language)
- Technical Proposal Developer - Grants (Responsible for Developing Humanitarian, social, Research & study, Capacity Development proposals)
- Communication Manager/officers (Responsible for Representation, Negotiation, Advocacy, Content Development, and Digital communication of APWDO organization)
- Technical Expert ( 1. Education, 2. Good-Governance, 3. Peace & Conflict Resolution, 4. Humanitarian Response, 5. Cash Distribution, 6. Agriculture, 7. Engineers – quick action / small infrastructure projects)
- Trainers (1. Education, 2. Good-Governance, 3. Peace & Conflict Resolution, 4. Humanitarian Response, 5. Women Empowerment, SME)
- Regional Journalists, HRDs, WHRDs, Social Activists, and members of CDCs, DDAs
Note: Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply for the below position:

Job Requirement
- At least a bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in their province
- Intermediate or advanced level English Language fluency & local language (Dari & Pashto)
- Sufficient Computer skills (Particularly; Ms. Office package – preferably Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, Internet, Emailing)
- Experience in NGOs, INGOs, and Grant Sections is notably important.
- Community network and contextual knowledge of his/her community are strongly required.
