About COMFORT AID INTERRNATIONAL: About CPES: CPES (CAI Private English School) was established in 2015 in Kabul, Afghanistan. It is an educational and training organ of the CAI Organization. The school is primarily meant to cover the educational and moral needs of the orphans generously housed in CAI orphanages, SGH and ZBH. Job Description:
- Teach UCMAS subjects of Comfort Aid Private English School
- Manage and administer the department tasks and duties
- Develop, collect and select materials for the UCMAS subject
- Develop department-related materials development such as chapters, questions, experiments, and other related responsibilities
- Develop and also collect the questions from the related Dept. for monthly, mid-term, and final year exams
- Provide technical and material support to other department teachers
- Provide support to the yearly exhibition
- Select projects for students and department teachers to prepare materials for the exhibition
- Provide a weekly report for the principal for dept. related activities and achievements
- Prepare a weekly plan for the department and share it with the principal
- Follow the Ministry of Education curriculum and CPES syllabus
- Prepare lesson plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- Use technology-integrated lessons such as using a projector, taking students into TV-Show class and etc.
- Conduct the Lesson Daily Plan (ترقی تعلیم) every day
- Monitor students’ progress, performance, and class participation
- Observe the student’s dairy and make sure the students write their assignments into the dairy
- Take attendance and share it with the Principal office
- Report the student’s absentees to the Academic Manager/ Headmaster on a regularly and randomly basis
- Work with students on teaching issues such as assigning home-works, solving their problems, and providing sufficient answers to them
- Oversee the students during their break-time
- Develop and prepare exam questions monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually
- Cooperate with the principal and management team on developing and preparing teaching materials such as chapters, presentations, and any other required materials
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports about students’ progress and performance
Job Requirement
Qualifications needed:
- The applicate should have at least a BA in Mathematics.
- The applicant should have the ability to deal with different styles of learners, have the capacity of motivating the students, and can be a role model for the students.
- The applicant should have the ability to work under tough working circumstances.
