About Company

About Conflict Mitigation Assistance for Civilians (COMAC): The Conflict Mitigation Assistance for Civilians (COMAC) activity, implemented by Blumont Global Development, Inc., provides comprehensive victims’ assistance (VA) to Afghan families affected by conflict. COMAC is designed to operate in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. In addition to providing VA services, COMAC also builds the capacity of its staff and community volunteers to facilitate VA service provision, conducts outreach, and empowers Afghan civil society organizations (CSOs) to raise awareness among the Afghan public and their beneficiaries on the need for and the availability of VA services.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Copy and scan all Procurement and Logistics documents
  • Receive stationary request forms and provide stationary to related Departments
  • Escort candidates who come for interviews
  • Providing the office support for Procurement and Logistics Department
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties.
  • Maintaining office equipment’s as needed
  • Making sure that all required things are on tea table
  • Help the inventory team for counting project asset
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment of project supplies.
  • Physical strength and able to handle the project asset
 

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience or high school graduate with 5 years of experience

  • Ability to work well in a cross-cultural environment
  • Attention to detail
  • management and prioritization skills
  • High level of integrity, independence and initiative
  • Strong customer service and ability to work quickly under deadlines
