Job Description
- Developing Trade Afghan Business Network (Including but not limited to:)
- Vetting and classifying businesses according to Trade Afghan Criteria
- Creating opportunities for collaboration
- Creating and linking to private/public sector market opportunities
- Marketing Business Network
- Creating and Manage T.A. Business Network website
- Coordinating and conduct Orientations, Seminars and Workshops
- Creating Job Board (to market beneficiaries to be hired by T.A. Business Network)
- Conducting Training in job readiness, CV and interview skills
- Any Additional Tasks and Responsibilities from line Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- BBA
- Experience with Micro Finance (i.e. Aga Khan)
- Experience in Training of Professionals
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role with International donor organizations
- Excellent Organizational, Communication and Networking Skills
- Excellent English and Dari Language Skills
- Experience creating and managing Websites
