Job Description
Winrock is recruiting a Admin, Finance and Compliance Manager for a five-year U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Countering Trafficking in Persons III (CTIP III) activity to strengthen the capacity of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GoIRA) and civil society to prevent, combat and respond to Trafficking in Persons (TIP), focusing on border areas and regions with high levels of vulnerability to TIP, to benefit all participating provinces. CTIP III will focus on prevention, protection, prosecution, and building national and regional partnerships.
This position is contingent upon award.
Job Requirement
The Admin, Finance and Compliance Manager should be an Afghan. The incumbent should assist COP in the overall operational management of the project and should provide guidance to the Financial Management Team and oversee the administrative and financial operations of the project.
Qualifications:
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative and financial management of developmental projects by international donor/development programs.
- Experience in using financial management software/programs.
- Experience with personnel management and supervision.
- Equivalent to an FSI S3/R3 proficiency in the English language and proficiency in Dari
- and/or Pashto.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or in any other closely related fields.
