Job Description
From birth until the age of six, children are permitted to live with their incarcerated mothers in the Herat Women’s Prison. This position will be responsible for the care and nurturing of these children, including the pre-school education of them, training for mothers and distributions of hygiene materials. This position is for working inside the women’s prison.
Job Requirement
This person is required to work in the Herat Women’s Prison each day. They will be working in the Childcare and Nutrition Center, supervising and nurturing children from birth to age 6. They will assist with health and hygiene training to the mothers, assist with hygiene distributions for the children, and daily care and lessons with the children. This person will work regular office hours, Saturday through Wednesday.
