About Aria Water Plant : Aria Water plant is one of the most advanced production companies in Afghanistan that is equipped with modern technology in the water industry. Established in 2006, Aria Water’s reputation stands as the leading water and ice company with certifications on national and international levels. The production line consists of fully automatic machines for the purification, process, and packaging of mineral water. Our products, bottled mineral water and packaged ice, are offered to national and international organizations along with the Afghan Market Aria Water focuses on hygiene and quality of its products. All of Aria’s machinery has been imported from Germany and Italy to ensure high quality water. Certificates have been received by the Ministry of Public Health and the General Directorate of Prevention and Control. Water samples are also sent every month to a 3rd party laboratory in Dubai for further testing. An inspection is also done every 6 months by the US Department of Health agency, where quality is ensured Aria Water offers its products with 100% quality, guaranteed by the national and international standards. Job brief We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Description
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (Master Degree) Preferred in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5 Years of experience in Business Development Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
