Job Description

o provide support to the finance Sr.officer in the documentation and disbursement of finance activities.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

  1. Work on filing system and make sure that all the supporting documents are in their own files.
  2. Do the paid stamp to the entire financial vouchers and the supporting documents.
  3. Scanning the financial vouchers and supporting documents.
  4. Preparing bank and cash payment vouchers.
  5. Pounch and file all of the financial vouchers regularly with the serial numbers.
  6. Review and check the financial vouchers supporting documents.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education to degree level preferable.

Microsoft office skills, including excel and word

Work experience gaind in Finance/Administrave Fields.
