Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is important to contribute to a relaxed environment for members, where women and girls can feel free to talk and proactively take part in activities without working about their young children.
Specific Duties:
- Ensure children spend time in a positive and stimulating environment.
- Ensure the safety of children.
- Identify possible activities and consult with the Family Support center-based activities staff person.
- Develop activities material and tools for recreational and learning activities.
- Facilitate recreational and learning activities with children in Family Support center.

- At least high school diploma
- Basic skill and understanding of childcare
- Responsible and attentive character
- Ability and commitment toward diversity and inclusion
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and respect.
- Interest and enthusiasm for working for women and girls’ rights and improving access to resources and services
