About CRDSA: Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non- sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 6 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Farah, Ghor, Nimrooz, urozgan and Badghis.

Job Description

Work closely with the project manager to provide day to day technical assistance and project implementation in Herat Juveniles Rehabilitation Center.
Supervise and coordinate project actives in Herat Juveniles Rehabilitation Center
Coordinate and support alternative to detention with the Herat JRC staff.
Act as project manager in absence of project manager
Prepare monthly plans as well as progress updates, quarterly and annually for the Project to the project manager, as well as other information as may be requested;
Coordinate, organize and oversee the project activities in Herat Juveniles Rehabilitation Center based on the necessity of time and progress of the project activities in order to reach objectives outlined in the program proposal.
Monitors progress against milestones and deadlines and provide suggestions/reports to the project/CRDSA management team
Set clear procedures, identifying objectives and needs for marketing opportunities.
Monitor marketing trends and competition activities and propose counter actions.
Act as sales officer and support vocational trainers in day to day marketing activities.
Conduct business development services (BDS) and market linkage to the project beneficiaries.
Provide the necessary raw materials to the vocational classes in close coordination with vocational trainers.
Advise the vocational trainers as well as beneficiaries for production of marketable products.
Timely and accurate communication of marketing plans and achievements with the project manager and other project team.
Perform any additional task given by the project manager.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree /Master’s Degree in Public Administration, law and Economy or other relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of extensive working experience in the area of design, project management, capacity development, marketing and implementation of projects;
Proficiency in English, with excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, access, power point)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
Excellent Managerial skills.
