Job Description
General Duties
- Conducts practical poultry training using training material provided
- Conducts experimental training to ensure learning of the participants
- Brings necessary amendments to the training package in coordination of her supervisor if needed
- Ensures that the training met the needs of the identified classes.
- Tests and evaluates improvement and achievement of members in technical knowledge and vocational skills through conducting protest and post-test and other on the job evaluations.
Specific Duties:
- Prepares monthly training plan for vocational classes.
- Takes photos and video clips while delivering of vocation trainings to the beneficiaries for visibility of the project.
- Observes and evaluate the classes to determine progress and make suggestions for improvements.
- Prepares and submits the monthly reports to the project manager.
- Linkage the poultry farms beneficiaries to market and suppliers
- Deliver standard training messages to the targeted beneficiaries according to the training manuals.
Job Requirement
- University Graduated
- Years of Experience: 1-2
- Training skills, encouraging skill, communication skill
- Technical Competency:
- Communication and reporting skills
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English
- Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage
- Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
