About CRDSA: Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non- sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 6 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Farah, Ghor, Nimrooz, urozgan and Badghis.
Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to the (Project staff) on a regular basis in relation to Human Rights and Organizational issues.
- Prepare monthly progress updates, quarterly and annual project reports for the Project, as well as other information as may be requested;
- Plan, organize and oversee the necessary administrative and other logistical support to consultancy missions, workshops, overseas learning and other project activities;
- Exercise financial oversight of the project under the supervision of the CRDSA Program Manager to ensure accurate and efficient budget management and project delivery.
- Monitors progress against milestones and deadlines
- Planning and organizing: Develops clear goals consistent with agreed strategies.
- Coordinate and plan weekly, monthly and annual program activities in order to reach objectives outlined in the program proposal.
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external agency to see them executed.
- Set clear procedures, identifying objectives and needs for marketing opportunities.
- Monitor marketing trends and competition activities and propose counter actions.
- Advise the beneficiaries for market demands products
- Timely and accurate communication of marketing plans and achievements with the project
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree /Master’s Degree in Public Administration or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive working experience in the area of design, project management, capacity development and implementation of projects;
- Proficiency in English, with excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, access, power point)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Excellent Managerial skills
