About Your Voice Organization (YVO): Your Voice Organization (YVO) is a local NGO register as a non-governmental, nonprofit organization under the constitution of NGO law of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, with the ministry of the economy with a registration number 4679 as of March 2019.
Job Description
- To keep an account books every day according to YVO accounting rules
- Ensure all financial disbursements at the project site must remain within budget allotments and assist the management team in planning operational activities accordingly
- Preparation of financial, balance, and daily records documents.
- Keep records of all finance-related documents.
- Track and monitor budget expenditures for all purchases
- Assist with finance manager in preparation and monitoring of cash money for projects.
- Preparing payroll and taxes.
- Track and process withholding taxes in accordance with government tax law.
- Perform cash and bank reconciliations in every month end.
- Scan and upload the receipts to Google drive
- Records Account payable and account receivable
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Prepare daily expenses vouchers and process them;
- Record Financial transactions using accounting software application package.
- Have knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
Job Requirement
For the position of community Mobilizer, an intermediate certificate or graduate degree in Economy Faculty/BBA or/and any related discipline and at least 2-year experience in the field of relief activity is considered necessary. Experience in emergency projects would be given preference. computer skills are compulsory.
