Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager & Trainer to support our team in maintaining high-quality work standards and providing training to enhance team performance. Below are the responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Experience
  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance processes.
  1. Language Proficiency
  • Fluency in EnglishPashto, and Dari to communicate effectively with diverse team members.
  1. Education & IT Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent certifications in computer-related disciplines.
  1. Training Expertise

  • The candidate will undergo 1 month of training to learn bid preparation, submission, and management processes.
  • After completing this training, they will be responsible for:
  • Training new employees throughout the year to meet quality standards.
  • Participating in the recruitment process for new hires.
  • Managing the roster of new hires and recommending retention or offboarding based on performance evaluations.

Job Requirement

  1. Quality Control
  • Understand and uphold team goals and quality standards.
  • Conduct round-the-clock inspections, monitoring, and audits to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
  • Report team performance daily, weekly, and monthly to management.
  • Communicate findings, discrepancies, and areas for improvement with relevant team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback focused on solutions to maintain team morale.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) daily and participate in daily calls with the line manager.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.

2. Training & Guidance

  • Train new employees to achieve high-quality performance standards.
  • Provide detailed instruction on bid preparation and submission processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Offer ongoing mentorship and guidance to team members throughout the year.

3. Problem-Solving

  • Address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify risks and propose preventative strategies for future projects.

4. Promoting Team Synergy

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage open communication and mutual respect among team members.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest and implement improvements in tools, processes, and techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry standards to ensure the team delivers its best performance.
