Job Description
The incumbent shall perform under the direct supervision of Program Manager and work in close collaboration with the project team.
His/her specific responsibilities are as below:
- The M&E Officer will assist in preparing and execution of project and M&E plans
- He/she will be directly involved in data collection, controlling and evaluating the progress of the project activities
- The M&E Officer will be responsible for establishing KOBO Survey tools
- Vulnerability scoring exercise to identify and verify beneficiaries
- Spot checks during the implementation of the project activities and cash distribution
- The M&E Officer will help in designing survey tools for Post Distribution Monitoring Survey and data collection.
- The M&E Officer will also be responsible for management of feedback and complaints from community.
- The M&E Officer duty station is Kabul Main office
- Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor/senior staff.
Job Requirement
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Openness in sharing information and keeping people informed.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Pashto, Dari and English.
