About Pashtany Bank: Pashtany Bank is a state owned bank established in 1954 and is registered with Da Afghanistan Bank (Central Bank of Afghanistan) under the commercial banking license to operate nation-wide. The bank had more than 50 correspondent banking relations making it a dominant bank in terms of business relations with the top banks in the developed and developing world. Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. As a result, such moves helped bank in promoting accountability, transparency, disclosure and strong internal controls. صلاحیت و مسولیت هاي وظیفوي:1افتتاح حسابات د کود های معین طبق پالیسی عملیاتی و کمپلاینس 2افتتاح حسابات بانکی (جاری، پس اندازو میعادی...) 3تهیه ، ترتیب وخانه پوری نمودن فورم های شناخت مشتریان KYC به طور دقیق ودریافت اسناد لازم و ضروری ازمشتریان وهمچنان تجدید فورمه های KYC حسابات قبلی (سابقه ) به نودرصورت ضرورت .4شامل ساختن عکس وامضا صلاحیتداران حسابات در سیستم . 5حفظ ونگهداشت فورمه های KYC وسایراسناد مشتریان به صورت دقیق وبهترآن.6 تحلیل \EDD، CDD مشتریان ) مطابق رهنمود AML/CFT7تکمیل معلومات لازم مندرج فورم KYC که بنابرمعاذیری نا تکمیل وناقص خانه پری گردیده است.8اخذ معلومات مکمل شفاهی در مورد حواله های صادره و وارده برای مشتریان.9اپروول (Approval) تمام آویزات داد ستد پولی طبق ضرورت10وارسی ، ترتیب ، تنظیم ، تمام دوسیه های و کارتن های بخش اجرائیه مدیریت . 11صدورچکبک به مشتری ودرج ان درسیستم سی بی اس . 12 – چک و کنترول از تمام امورات اجرایوی شهری حانگه13 ارائه جوابات به مکاتیب وارده و ارائه معلومات به مراجع ذیربط در صورت ضرورت . 14رجعت دادن مکاتیب و در خواست های مشتریان مبنی برتصحیح حسابات مشتری و مکاتیب ، استعلام های که به منظور تحت بلاک قرار دادن حسابات مواصلت میورزد و رها نمودن حسابات از بلاک .15حصول چکبک ها ازمرکز درصورت ضرورت .16صلاحیت دادن افراد و اشخاص که از طرف مشتری پیشنهاد میگردد تغیر دادن مهر و امضا درحسابات حسب تقاضای کتبی مشتری و پاس نمودن کورکشن ها ازطریق سیستم.17تصحیح نمودن تمام حسابات مشتریان طبق مقرره ها دافغانستان بانک18تجدید (Re- KYC) تمام فورم های حسابات مشتریان

شرایط استخدام (سطح تحصیل و تجربه کاری):1تجربه کاری :حد اقل یک سال مرتبط به وظیفه.2درجه تحصیل : لیسانس3بلدیت به لسان های رسمی ( پشتو و دری ) و خارجی( حد اقل انگلسی)4مهارت های دیگر(بلدیت با پروگرامهای کمپیوتر(آفیس) و سیستم بانکی
