Job Description

The accountant works under overall guidance of the Finance Department and receive guidance from Accounting Department. The accountant will be mainly responsible of ensuring transparency and compliance to applicable rules of Accounting System.

Job Requirement

  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures including fields and Head Office.
  • Analyze financial information, summarize financial status, provides effective Accounting services and advice to technical departments and Senior Management.
  • Training and Sharing Knowledge to staffs whether as class training and on the job

 

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
  • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Examine statements to ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile Bank Statements and Petty Cash to Maintain Accurate Records.
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
  • Assist in preparing and verifying financial documents, such as invoices, purchase request, and expense reports
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Ensure that bank Transfers are done on timely
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Provide technical support and advice on management
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Preparing bank reconciliation report of Company accounts with QuickBooks
  • Provide input into department’s goal setting process
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  • Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management.
