Job Description
Job Brief:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Admin/Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and contribute to the overall financial health of our South-eastern regional office. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from managing procurement and logistics to maintaining financial records and assisting with budgeting. Job Requirement
Admin/Finance Officer
- 2+ years of proven experience in an Admin/Finance Officer Position.
- Familiar and practice of quick book for accounting System.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Excellent data analysis and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and financial software like QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong ethics with the ability to handle confidential data.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a relevant field.
