Job Description
Roles and Main Responsibilities:
- The Casework Supervisor is responsible for supervision of staffing and oversight of direct service programs.
- Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Should be able to communicate organizational needs, manage employee performance,
- The Functions of a Supervisor include overseeing and managing the work of their subordinates and how they impact organizational success.
- The CPIE project case worker will be closely working with the District Social Worker and other women and girls in the community and attending the Meeting, Meanwhile, he/she will be trying to support the District Social Worker, build her capacity, make sure the CFS activities are implemented according to the project plan. Some of their typical duties include:
- Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of CPIE and CP.
- Document beneficiary information through accurate filling of intake and consent forms and ensure confidential and safe storage
- Support the maintenance of case management system by maintaining client confidentiality
- Ethically and confidentially collect and store CPIE and CP data. Participate in interpretation of the analyzed data on trends and work with the project team and supervisor to disseminate information for referral purpose.
- Filing and maintaining case history reports
- Lead on data entry into the Child Protection Information Management System Plus (CPIMS+). Ensure all cases are entered systematically.
- Ensure the information on the physical case files is synchronized with the CPIMS+
- Develop case coding system for hard copy cases and ensure these are stored in a safe and confidential manner, according to data protection principles.
- Serving as a liaison between the beneficiary and social financial health and legal services
- Developing a plan of action to improve the client’s well-being.
- Planning regular follow-ups to assess progress and additional needs.

- Reviewing and modifying plans in coordination with case management supervisor as circumstances change for the individual
- Call for case management for each individual with a need of multiple services.
- Record all the follow up and visits with beneficiaries and their families
- Any other official related tasks may assign to him/her
- Conducting any other activity assigned to, by the line managers.
1.ST/SGB/2003/13 United Nations Secretary-General’s Bulletin and Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA)
- In the light of different reports and the statement of UN Secretary General regarding PSEA and in order to take prevention measures, ADNO strictly applies the PSEA guidance and policy to all of its staff, daily wagers, contractors, consultants, volunteers, vendors, beneficiary, etc. All ADNO associates are advised to avoid any kind of sexual exploitation (SEA) and abuse of any kind while working together with ADNO. Involvement in any form of SEA and violation of any set guideline in relation to SEA is prohibited.
- ADNO shall track and get information on involvement in SEA or corruption about the candidates who apply to ADNO and ADNO adopts zero tolerance policy on SEA and corruptions.
- As a humanitarian agency, ADNO strictly adheres to humanitarian Data Sharing Protocol (DSP) applied in Afghanistan. The sharing of data of any type of anyone associated to ADNO (Beneficiary detail, survey, assessment, reports, internal matters, confidential documents, etc. is prohibited and will require senior management approval to make sure the sharing is in line with Do NO HARM principles, DSP and ADNO data sharing policy

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- Four years of experience in related position.
- Experience in working closely with Team Members.
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to gain trust and build relationships.
