Job Description
- Supporting the 5 VSLA groups on their internal activities accordingly to the by-laws.
- Monitoring through regular visits to the VSLA groups and providing assistance.
- Collecting data and information from the VSLA group’s activities for reporting.
- Maintaining coordination and coordination between project and VSLA groups.
- Developing reports for the project manager.
- Assisting VSLA groups on their filing and documentation.
- Filing and archiving all hard/soft copies of the project documents.
- Participating in VSLA group meetings.
- Conflict resolution: The agent assists in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the group.
- Training and capacity building: The agent provides training and support to VSLA members to enhance their financial literacy and management skills.
Job Requirement
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in business development projects
- Experience working with international NGOs
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Microsoft Office Package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
