Job Description
- Analyze and synthesize data;
- Produce weekly, monthly, Situation Reports, quarterly indicator reports, annual reports, and other narrative reports as assigned by the relevant project;
- Create infographics, interactive maps, PPT, and other communication material as needed;
- Overseeing reporting and data quality on Activity Info in an accurate and timely manner;
- Maintain a donor reporting schedule and share with relevant staff on a timely basis;
- Take responsibility for donor reporting deadlines, in terms of setting internal deadlines, providing clear guidance to relevant colleagues, and following-up on inputs
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of data collection;
- Provide daily reporting;
- Support the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks;
- Translate reports and project documents from Dari to English and from English to Dari
- Coordinates weekly report outputs, highlights, and success stories and provides substantial inputs to the Program team in writing quarterly reports and donor updates;
- Provide regular mentorship and guidance to field staff to ensure quality reporting;
- Maintain all the documents and filing system
- Prepare multi-project reports.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation team in documenting and tracking project results as per donors’ requirements.
- Participate in the development of different project documentation.
- Attend and actively participate in project events (meetings/workshops/trainings).
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the field staff and senior staff of the project.
- With the coordination of the line manager, update the project different databases (Beneficiary Lists, Village list, CFAC lists).
- Preparing different required Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to Line Manager.
- Donor briefs and reports.
- Management minutes and Notes for the Record.
- Coordinate with project teams to document project achievements.
- Experience in collecting data and familiarity with M&E methodologies and key concepts.
- Support the enhancement of the capacity of Project staff to effectively manage data, information and reports.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, literature, Communication, business administration or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting and Data Analysis;
- Excellent fluency in written English is required.
- Proven writing and design skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely through visual data analysis;
- Ability to effectively perform clerical work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive information, and work with a variety of individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to strict donor requirements;
- Excellent IT skills;
