About CRDSA: Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 3 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Ghor,and Badghis.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain close linkage with beneficiaries and clarify the objectives of the project.
- Coordinate with the local Shoras and communities’ elders.
- Receive carefully, document and report complaints to the district supervisor accurately and timely.
- Ensure eligible HHs who have been reported are registered and added into the recipients/ beneficiaries lists.
- Ensure the new lists are confirmed and approved by the project stakeholders.
- Ensure duplications are not taking place.
- Ensure communities are fully aware, understand the approach and the objective and purpose of the help desk.
- Be on duty timely and avoid absenteeism.
- Ensure the COVID-19 preventative measures are observed throughout the implementation of project activities.
- Active participation in all activities related to Food Distribution
- Prepare proper documents including certified notes for each selected beneficiaries
- Perform any other task requested by the line manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Social Science or any other relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences with national and/or international NGOs
- Excellent English language skills
- Good attention to details
- Problem solving and good communication skills
- Committed and punctual
