Job Description
- Analyze and synthesize data related to project activities.
- Produce weekly, monthly, Situation Reports, quarterly indicator reports, annual reports, and other narrative reports as assigned by the relevant project.
- Create infographics, interactive maps, PowerPoint presentations, and other communication materials as needed for program and project reporting.
- Oversee reporting and ensure data quality on Activity Info in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data collection processes within the project.
- Provide daily reporting on project activities.
- Support the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks specific to the project.
- Translate reports and project documents from Dari to English and from English to Dari.
- Coordinate weekly report outputs, highlights, and success stories and provide substantial inputs to the Program team in writing quarterly reports and donor updates for the project.
- Provide regular mentorship and guidance to field staff to ensure quality reporting on project activities.
- Maintain all documents and the filing system related to the programme and project.
- Assist in project plan revision and amendments, including updating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the budget revision process by providing relevant data and analysis for project activities.
- Prepare government reports and submissions to different sectorial departments as required.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and data for government reports.
- Ensure compliance with government reporting guidelines and requirements.
- Be available to work overtime when required to meet reporting deadlines or urgent project needs.
- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors related to project Reporting, management, and government relations.

Job Requirement
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economy, Journalism, or related areas;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Reporting and Data Analysis;
- Excellent fluency in written English is required.
- Proven writing and design skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely through visual data analysis;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to strict donor requirements;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Knowledge of report writing software such as KOBO and HUB reporting tools is required;
- Proactive, motivated, innovative, and adaptable individual, who can take initiative;
- Ability to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines;
- Ability to travel to the field if needed.
