• Process invoices in line with business rules including Checking invoices’ validity and Matching invoice to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Note.

• Track and process approved employee claims.

• Processing vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Responsible for data entry in the financial system.

• Perform Vendor reconciliation.

• Ensure timely response to vendor queries.

• Ensure accounts payable records are parked correctly and efficiently.

• Accrual Booking and Reconciliation.

• Conduct monthly, Quarterly & year end closings.

• Prepare monthly accounts payable reports.

• Provide specified ad hoc reports & coordinate with both external & internal Auditors.

• Follow up of vendor & employee advances & their clearance on time.

• Analysis of account payable reports.

• Timely preparation of month end closing and reports.

• Report writing and documentation for the department.

• Regularly review aged invoices in process and take proactive steps to reduce these as required.

• Resolve payment/processing queries efficiently and on time.

• Produce further additional reports as required to support the month end close or quarterly reporting process
