Job Description

Job Description:
Maine duties and responsibilities but not limited:
Process and reconcile a wide variety of documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash Receipts, cash payments and journal vouchers.
Prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.
Applying knowledge of accounting terminology and using Quickbook Software.
Cash count on daily basis.
Collection and submitting of invoices regularly.
Preparing of payroll and disbursement of staff salary.
Assist with finance team in monthly financial reports.
Journalizing and posting of journal entries daily basis.
Tracking of accounts receivable and payable.
Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
Support finance team and clearance of Tax related issue.
Assist with audits
Prepare all outgoing and incoming letters, Emails as required and have to control good filing system with all outgoing, incoming letters, emails and other documents.
Any other task assigned by finance manager.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (BBA) or any related Certifications.
Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Quickbooks, Ms Office.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to take initiative and work under pressure with limited supervision.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and achieve team results or goals.
