Job Description
- Identify and create database of target CSOs in selected province.
- Organize CSO for in person workshop and virtual events.
- Coordinate with local networks and local line officials on possibility and opportunities.
- Conducting site visits and monitoring of CSOs to assess their work against project outcome.
- Ensuring CSOs are complying with project guidelines and agreements.
- Providing workshop and networking support to CSOs.
- Communicating on behalf of CSOs to the Project Manager and Central Focal Point.
- Working with the Project Manager and Central focal point to ensure the implementation of project activities.
- Provided timely and monthly progress report to the project manager
- Support finance and operations team in the day to day office affairs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in social science and management.
- Minimum two years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience working on projects funded by international donors.
- Robust IT and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Zoom, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dari/Pashto and English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in report writing.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines.
