Under the direct supervision of Project manager/Officer; Call center operator will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Receive entrepreneurs calls and provide them accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• Suggesting solutions to business problems.
• Understand entrepreneur ways of marketing and suggesting the best marketing strategy for them.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.
• Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
• Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
• Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
• Other identical duties as assigned.
