Job Description
Job Purpose:
- The quality check of animal feeder and leading relevant trainings to beneficiaries.
- Leading and controlling the de-wormer vaccine to livestock owner.
- Provision of relevant livestock technical advice to livestock beneficiaries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop an implementation plan for the program intervention. in livestock sector
- Provide veterinary and livestock extension services through the veterinarian extension staff to Supervises groups of community workers in the field
- Provides technical assistance in the veterinary and livestock extension field for the members of community development councils.
- Design a training plan and arrange and conduct training for different CBOs’ members in the veterinary and livestock extension activities.
- Making the reports for the project manager, agriculture and livestock coordinator and government officials.
- Participates in technical survey of projects.
- Monitors of the projects progress and contribute to project quality. improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned by project management
- Support, train and monitor CT.
- Maintain productive cooperation with all ACTED team .
- Following all ACTED roles and regulation .
Job Requirement
- Degree in bachelor of veterinary faculty
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in INGOs or NGOs
- Having strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of community is necessary
- Record of good performance from the previous employer
- Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely in English, Dari or Pashto
- Respect the organizational culture, and commitment to Code of Conduct
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Be flexible well develop interpersonal and team skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good communication
- Experience in training and capacity building activities.
