Job Description
- Interviewing people in their homes or other locations to gather information about their experiences or opinions on a topic
- Conducting research to gather facts and statistics that support their stories
- Reporting on new stories as they happen, often in real time
- Conducting interviews with experts in their field to provide expert analysis of current events
- Reporting Marketing programs such as the Services and product or sports
- Covering a wide range of topics including business, entertainment, politics, and health
- Conducting research for stories and developing story ideas.
- Providing updates on a story’s progress as it develops, either through written reports or on-air appearances
- Interviewing experts on various topics to provide expert analysis of current events
- Provide regular reports to the management and ensure that filed unit activity is going on.
- Make sure to making a good communication with national and international INGos / Telecom and other sector
- Ability to develop and deliver training and mentoring for the staff and local partners.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize assignments with a shifting workload
- Ability to adjust to shifting political circumstances and create programming accordingly.
- Sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics in the work place.

Job Requirement
- At least A bachelor's degree.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Must have experience in filed and be familiar with filed and remote work.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Computer Knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point and outlook email communication.

Must be able to speak Dari, Pashto and English.
