Job Description

  • Present the program to diverse stakeholders, articulating project scopes and objectives.
  • Attend technical cooperation meetings to enhance collaboration and coordination.
  • Undertake follow-up actions to address concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Supervise and ensure the seamless implementation of projects.
  • Monitor project activities to guarantee their alignment with established scopes and timelines.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Regularly communicate with project donors to provide updates and address any queries.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports at various stages of the project life cycle.
  • Share project status with relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Initiate systems and procedures to ensure proper data collection and management.
  • Apply best practices to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of project-related information.
  • Request, analyze the impact of proposed changes to the project.
  • Approve or deny changes based on their alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Implement approved changes and regularly review their effectiveness
  • Identify potential risks to the project and conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Report identified risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Implement risk mitigation measures and monitor their effectiveness
  • Conduct visits to target provinces to assess on-ground realities and engage with local communities.
  • Collaborate with government officials to ensure project alignment with local initiatives.
  • Lead the team in the assessment and identification of project activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to ensure project success.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in social science, management and another related field.
  • Four years of experience in leadership position in the non-profit sector
  • Experience in working closely with community members.
  • Good interpersonal skills including ability to gain trust and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English language.
  • Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
