Job Description

Ariyabod ISP Company is seeking a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures

  • Act according to the policy and regulations of the Ariyabod Company.
  • Daily Transaction Entries in QuickBooks.
  • Fixed Assets Entry in QuickBooks.
  • Monthly Depreciation Calculation.
  • Preparing Monthly Forecasts.
  • Month-End Adjustment Preparation in QuickBooks.
  • Monthly Customers Invoices Preparation.
  • Monthly BRT calculation and accrual.
  • Sending Monthly Invoices to Clients.
  • Preparing Monthly Profit and Loss Reports.
  • Receivables (Debtors) Reconciliation.
  • Payables (Creditors) Reconciliation.
  • Verifying Payroll Tax.
  • Verifying Rental Tax.
  • Rent Payment and follow-ups.
  • Supporting documents for all expenses and checking for their accuracy.
  • Participate and maintain the record of staff appraisals, evaluations, attendances, leave balances, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain time sheets of all staff on monthly basis for payrolls.

Job Requirement

  • Must have a bachelor degree (BSc/BA) in the relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the same position
  • Knowledge of accounting software is mandatory, preferably QuickBooks and advanced excel.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize, show initiative; experience in a company setting
  • Report writing, ability to make recommendations for improvement; strong computer (MS Office)
  • Filing, and organizational skills; excellent spoken and written English;
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
