Job Description

Human Medical Laboratory is looking for a talented person for the Position of Administration and Logistic Assistant, who will be responsible to carry out the duties and responsibilities in its timely and professional manner at both Administrative and Logistic sides of the Laboratory. The Employee will serve as an assistant under the direct supervision of the CEO of the Laboratory. He is expected to communicate with internal departments and external parties to maintain accurate, effective and efficient business conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills: Honesty, Integrity, Problem Solving.
  • Bachelor’s Degree on Economics or Business Administration.
  • At least two years of proven experience in the Administration, Procurement or Finance Fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online would be a plus point
  • Superb written and verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Pashto, Dari and English Languages
