Job Description
The Data Collector / Distributor will work in the project to provide support and assistance to the Project teams and the Project manager. The employee will be hired in Balkh, Chemtal, Nahr-e-Shahi and Sholgareh district of Balkh province. Tasks will include the following, but not limited to:
- Assist the team with the house-to-house surveys
- Assist with preparation of survey/assessments files and documents
- Interview the eligible right-holders to fill the relevant assessment questionnaires
- Assist the team with conducting pre and post assessments
- Gather, classify, arrange, and prepare right-holders’ survey forms and relevant documents
- Attend the field meetings with the relevant stakeholders
- Provide information as required (on RCCE, Drought, etc.) to the communities
- Provide support to the project assistant in data collection
- Collect relevant and required data in the field to share with the Project assistant and the project manager
- Identify challenges in the way of smooth implementation to report to the supervisor
- Disseminate project information and materials among the target communities
- Assist the right-holders to receive their assistance (Poultry Packages)
- Assist the team with managing the distribution sites
- Any other tasks as allocated by the supervisor or the project manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in related filed
- Skills in MS. Office package (MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, Emailing, etc.)
- Familiarity with the geography and contexts of the target province
- 2-3 Years of experience in relevant field
