Job Description
Job Summary
The purpose of this activity is to provide comprehensive training to women entrepreneurs in Marketing, Financial Management, and Entrepreneurship. The Master Trainer will be responsible for conducting and arranging the training in these three areas. Each woman entrepreneur will participate in a three-day training program, covering the essential aspects of marketing, financial management, and entrepreneurship.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop Training Materials: The Master Trainer will create training materials in the local language, Dari, ensuring that the content is relevant and effective for the target audience of women entrepreneurs.
· Marketing Management: The training will delve into marketing strategies, market analysis, branding, digital marketing, and customer relationship management, equipping the beneficiaries with effective marketing techniques.
·Financial Management Training: The Master Trainer will educate the entrepreneurs on the importance of financial management, including ensuring the availability of sufficient funds, maintaining a balance between income and expenses for financial stability, budgeting, financial planning, accounting principles, and financial analysis to empower the participants with sound financial management skills.
· Entrepreneurship Development Training: The Master Trainer will define entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship development for women entrepreneurs and guide them through the steps of entrepreneurship development. Also, guide the participants through business planning, opportunity identification, risk management, and overall entrepreneurial skills to foster successful business ventures.
·Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneurship: The Trainer will impart knowledge about the characteristics of successful entrepreneurship, helping women entrepreneurs recognize the traits that contribute to their success.
·Effective Facilitation: The Master Trainer will employ sound management and effective facilitation skills to ensure that the training sessions are engaging and impactful for the participants.
· Individualized Support: The Trainer will provide individualized support to the entrepreneurs, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and tailoring the training accordingly.
· Prepare Final Report: Upon completing the training sessions, the Master Trainer will compile a comprehensive final report detailing the training content, methodologies, participants' progress, and overall outcomes.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
· Excellent knowledge of training in marketing, financial management and entrepreneurship.
· Strong analytical, research and presentation skills.
Education:
· Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, business administration (BBA), or a related field.
Experience:
· At least three years of experience in marketing, financial management, and entrepreneurship training.
Language:
· Dari and English
