Job Description
AACS implements projects in three areas i.e. monitoring and evaluations, research and analysis, and institutional strengthening. We are calling for experts for our ongoing and future projects. These experts will be mainly contributing to proposal development, project implementation, and project monitoring. The experts will be working with the program and services, and partnership and business development teams.
The Experts are expected to perform based on assignment as and when needed and be compensated based on accomplished deliverables.
The call is for experts with specialization in the areas below:

Duties and Responsibilities
- The experts will be required to contribute to the proposal development, involved in the project implementation and monitoring.
- The experts will be involved in the provision of services to firms and entities as per the project deliverables.
- The experts will formulate business strategies according to client objectives.
- The experts will be involved in conducting research on the relevant topics including market research as and when needed.
- The experts will provide guidance when issues, challenges, or problematic situations arise.
- The experts will keep abreast of changes in the relevant industry.
Job Requirement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Masters or Ph.D. in a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in writing proposals, concept notes, and capability statements, ideally in sectors related to AACS Consulting's sectoral focus areas (Agriculture and Food Security, Governance and Rule of Law, Economic Development, Education and Youth, Gender and Social Inclusion, and Environment and Energy)
- Experience or understanding of requirements of major donors, I/NGOs, and the private sector in terms of proposal development, and consultancy project implementation.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic teams.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; cross-cultural communication skills required.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Innovative and creative thinking skills and competencies.
- Strong team skills: able to work collaboratively with senior AACS Consulting staff, donors, local governmental agencies, and other experts in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Proficiency in Qualitative and/or quantitative analytical tools like R, Python, STATA, SPSS, NVivo, Atlas.ti
