TOR / Job description for facultative course teachers
The facultative course teachers are responsible for the below task:
- Assists struggling students to improve their literacy skills.
- Collaborates with teachers in all departments to promote the learning and implementation of best practices in literacy instruction.
- Helps lead school-wide efforts to improve literacy instruction.
- Creates and examines data to measure the success of literacy programs and instruction.
- Be able to teach Islamic studies, Dari, Pashto and Math’s.
Job Specification
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in social science.
Experience
4 years relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
- Good presentation skills.
- Be able to design lesson plan.
