About Relief humanitarian Development Organization (RHDO): About Organization: (RHDO) Relief Humanitarian and Development Organization () is a nongovernmental, non- religious, non-political, non-profit and non-military organization, working for development of Afghanistan through implementation of health, community development and capacity development/research projects was established in February 2014 and is registered with the Ministry of Economics under registration No 3121. is also registered in Ministry of Public health under registration # 504. is registered in Ministry of Women affairs under registration # 751 aims to contribute to the development of Afghanistan through provision of developmental and humanitarian services in public health, training and capacity building of Afghans in healthcare disciplines and skills starts to realize its vision through implementable, context-specific, technically sound and practically achievable approaches. These approaches are: (1) to design and implement the community development programs; (2) to provide primary and secondary health services according to the standards of the MOPH; and (3) to build capacities and skills of ordinary Afghanistan residences and professional of health sector.
Job Description
- Develop work plan for your relevant activities, achievements and results and make sure clear work plan is in place for your area of work.
- Maintain administration department filing system and incoming/outgoing correspondence record keeping.
- To negotiate and prepare property lease contracts for Hear & Sar-e-Pol Office & other health facilities.
- Drafting contracts, lease agreement and to make ensure that records of all contacts, lease arrangement and all other contractual agreements are maintained and properly recorded in a file.
- Provide accommodation accessories/facilities for all staff.
- To ensure a clean, safe and secure working and living environment and take all necessary measures to minimize risks to health and safety for office.
- To ensure sufficient stationary stock is available.
- Arrange flights bookings for staff and receive staff and guests at the airport, when needed.
- Arrange visas, tickets, permits for relevant RHDO staff on timely manner.
- Liaise with government departments and partner and international organizations for official purpose.
- To maintain administration filings according to the procedure and keep record of all correspondences and clerical work.
- Check Procurement documents and prepare vouchers accordingly
- Prepare monthly financial report on monthly basis and submit to Main Office
- Undertake daily cash count jointly with field DPM and report to Main office daily.
- Prepare per diem sheet for the trainers and trainees in the province.
- Make payments to field staff, trainers, trainees and suppliers
- Ensure project/program cost are according to approved budget lines.
- Ensure purchasing procedures are followed for purchased items.
- Request cash on weekly basis/as required from main office for project costs.
- Prepare monthly salary payroll and timesheets.
- Maintain financial records both in soft copy and hard copies and keep proper filing system.
- Perform any other job related tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Able to speak/write in Pashto, Dari and English with clarity and ease.
- Computer skills (MS Office and MS Excel).
- Strength in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to change work practices and hours, and capability to work in insecure environment
- Available to travel in to the targeted districts of the province.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cooperative and helpful attitude and willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed
Education and Experience:
- BBA Degree from recognize university
- At least 4 years’ experience in the field of finance
