Job Description
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Archive Clerk must commit to complete all Mercy Corps Afghanistan transactions filling and recording for July 2015 to June 2020 (FY 2015 to FY 2020) the archive in order to responsible for maintaining and managing transactions by office, month, year and batches based on leger report and archived records in physical and digital format to facilitate public and court retrieval in accordance with records retention schedules and statutes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sort all the vouchers/transactions by office, month, year and by batches
Maintaining and organizing the vouchers
Report and highlight the missing vouchers.
Follow HQ archive guide for the labeling of boxes.
Indexes and cross-references files.
Retrieves, copies, prints, emails or transmits stored files, documents.
Loads individual files or boxes of files on shelves in case order.
Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in business Administration or 14th Grade of semi higher education in relevant field
- The candidate must know English Language at level to solve day to day conversational problems and fluently in Dari or Pashto,
- Basic Computer Skills in office packages (Word, Excel).
- Full commitment for the period of contract to all MCA rules, regulations and working environment protocols.
