Job Description
- Assist in implementation of the Migration health projects at provincial level and regional in collaboration and liaison with the Regional Health Cluster and the local Provincial Public Health Director (PPHD) of the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and other partners.
- Participate in key coordination forums at Provincial/Regional level such as Regional Cluster meetings, Provincial Public Health Coordination Committee (PPHCC), EPR meetings and other coordination platforms as relevant and in coordination with the Health Programme Officer.
- Support the Establishment of healthy relationship and working arrangements with project stakeholders to ensure a transparent and correct communication with all stakeholders’ requirement.
- Supervise, lead, guide and support field teams and implementing partner staff, thereby enabling them to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain an updated M&E filing system and check the M&E data quality on a regular basis.
- Report, review, and verify data at the provincial level.
- Provide timely related activities feedback to the team related to key finding during joined monitoring and supervision visits.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and provide need adapted solutions.
- Maintain records of all project M&E reports
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure data collection tools are used correctly during the project implementation.
- Take an active part in all project assessments and research.
- Take part in data review meeting at provincial level and provide feedback to both IPs, MoHP and IOM health team in Kabul.
- Keep project data and information confidential.

Job Requirement
University Degree in Medicines, from an accredited University. Master of Public Health is highly advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook Explorer, Power Point, Access).
- Flexibility and ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Spoken and written competence in Dari and/or Pashto.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
SKILLS:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel inside Afghanistan and overseas as requested
Languages
- Fluency English Dari and Pashto (oral and written).
