We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and making strategic recommendations to management.

Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of actual results against budgeted targets
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and tax filings
  • Work with department heads to develop financial forecasts and projections
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management on financial and business decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Experience in non-profit accounting and reporting a plus
