Job Description
The objective of the Female Searcher will be to search all females and their belongings coming into the provincial office :
Major Activities / Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Reports to the Provincial Security Officer
Main Duties:
- Provide general security for female staff at the office. This includes:
- Search all local female staff and visitors including bags in accordance with local customs and in a professional, consistent, unbiased, friendly and conscientious manner.
- Accompany female visitors to reception or to the designated waiting area.
- Maintaining registration of female visitors at MSH/AFIAT premise.
- Prevent visitors from straying into prohibited areas within the premises.
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
- Assist the guard force with any female security related issues.
- Coordinate with Security Manager on any security issues that arise.
- Perform any other duties/tasks assigned within a security context.
Job Requirement
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Completion of Secondary School (Preferred).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Ability to understand and be trained
- Basic ability to do log entry / written work / sign in personnel
PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Those candidates working and living in the office area or town
- Those candidates who have familiarity with the neighborhood and people
CHARACTER COMPETENCIES:
- Eligible candidates must have excellent ethical conduct, honesty and no criminal record. Be medically fit, and have good inter-personal communication skills.
