Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Finance Manager in all financial management tasks including preparation of budgets, implementation of financial policies and procedures, preparation and reconciliation of bank statements, and daily reporting to the Head office
- Developing Monthly Cash flow projections for each project
- Managing all book-keeping and accounting functions for the organization
- Preparing daily cash vouchers and maintaining records of all receipts and payments in hardcopy as well as softcopy record-keeping systems
- Preparing the bank, cash, and expenses position daily in excel for the internal purpose.
- Making entries in the software daily.
- Responsible for the conduct of tax audits if selected by the tax department.
- Backing up of financial soft data on monthly basis in an external hard disk.
- Tracking staff loans/advances records, employee timesheets, and preparing pay slips for the country office.
- Preparing and submitting tax on salaries/rent, BRT, and End year tax return on timely bases to the government and keeping records of all bank receipts/documents.
- Assisting Finance Manager / Main office in providing materials & documents during audit events.
- Following up with government reporting norms and government departments to ensure all LIA financial records and paperwork is in sync with national laws and governmental requirements.
- Filling about and reporting the monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax report to the government.
- Following up with the sales team for recoveries from customers.
- Admin related actives.
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in BBA/Accounting (MBA degree will be preferable)
- Multi-language skills (good communication both in English and Urdu written and speaking)
- Good Knowledge of the Job and computer skills (especially very good in Microsoft office i.e. Excel, word, and PowerPoint along with presentation skills).
- At least 4-5 years of work experience in the same field or similar fields.
