Job Description
- Developing security policies and procedures to ensure that company assets are protected
- Auditing current security measures to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Conducting risk analyses to assess potential security risks
- Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies to prevent crime and respond to emergencies.
- Establishing security guard patrol routes and ensuring that guards stay on schedule to maximize coverage
- Manage control the day-to-day routine of operation and security staff
- Conducting background checks on potential employees to reduce the risk of hiring individuals with criminal records
- Conducting vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in security systems or procedures, such as poor lighting or inadequate surveillance equipment.
- Monitoring security systems, such as cameras or alarms, to ensure they are functioning properly
- Conducting training sessions on topics such as safety procedures or conflict resolution methods for security staff members
- Any other tasks as directed by the Managing and Director.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree in military field or related field is required, Master’s degree will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position with a well-known INGO or UN agencies
- Demonstrated computer skills in Excel and Microsoft office suite
- Excellent verbal written and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the general operation
