About Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance: Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-profit organization established in 1987 by a team of Afghan volunteers, registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. CHA is multi-sectorial organization implementing Health & Nutrition, Education, and Agriculture, Rural Development / Social Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction projects in different provinces of the country.

Job Description

  • Monitor will be responsible for a joint team beneficiary verification at provincial level.
  • In-case of facing challenges urgent reporting to the project supervisor/coordinator.
  • Assisting in cash/food distribution with storekeeper.
  • Coordination and management of project activities for better implementation at the provincial level.
  • Monitor and manage all the project aspect at the provincial level and timely report of the project progress and challenges to the project supervisor/ coordinator.
  • Being in contact with the project supervisor and trucking the project-work plan, and coordinate with provincial supervisor.
  • Playing a major role in community awareness and sensitization.
  • An active participant in donor/project workshops and training.
  • Providing brief information about the cash/food at the time of distribution to beneficiaries.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in project management, economics, public administration, agriculture or similar degree.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in project management/coordination position of humanitarian projects.
  • Is a good team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is good at reporting, supervision and Coordination  
  • Personal integrity with initiative and drive to get things done and achieve results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
