About (CHA) Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance: Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-profit organization established in 1987 by a team of Afghan volunteers, registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. CHA is a multi-sectoral organization implementing Health & Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, Rural Development/ Social Protection, and Disaster Risk Reduction projects in different provinces of the country. Currently, CHA is looking for qualified candidates for the position of CBI Focal point. The candidates will be responsible for CBI tasks facilitation of Beneficiaries in the mentioned provinces, attending project coordination meetings, and reporting to the line manager on daily and weekly bases.
Job Description
- Contacting the CBI beneficiaries individually by phone.
- Checking the beneficiary list and ensuring the accuracy of the beneficiary list.
- Make proper coordination with the Donor, CBI Beneficiaries, and the project team leader.
- The provincial CBI focal point is responsible for a transparent observation of the cash payment to every CBI individual beneficiary.
- Conducting meetings and participating with respective entities.
- Regularly contacting governmental, non-governmental departments, and local authorities about the project.
- Providing output on recently carried activities of projects in daily reports to the team leader and donor.
- Preparing and delivering documents to Project Team Leader when expected.
- Keeping the organization’s secrets.
Job Requirement
The successful applicants will need to address the following criteria:
- University degree in computer since or another related field.
- Ability to analyze and sort out problems
- Report Writing
- Excellent communication in Dari, Pashto, and English as well as good reading and writing, and prefer to those who speak Pashto fluently.
- Sufficient knowledge of several computer applications, in particular, MS Excel and word
- The applicant must be from the mentioned provinces (Paktika&Ghanzi)
